By far the worst customer service I have ever in my life witnessed. This towing company needs prayer. They towed my car and wouldn't allow me to get my house keys, and bank card out of my car. So here I am 24yr old female, stranded with no money, and no way to get inside my house. It was 11pm and 45 degrees outside. My home is no where near walking distance. Not to mention I couldn't get a taxi if I wanted to, due to the fact they had my bank card and refused to give it to me. The guy who towed my car was extremely rude. Once I called to speak with someone, I got another rude employee; could have been the same guy. However, they need new customer service friendly people working for their company, or this business will never thrive. This has been one of the worst nights of my life. I pray my car never gets towed by this company ever again.
